The developer of Bayso, the 149-unit luxury condominium planned for Quay Sarasota, has named Premier Sotheby’s International Realty New Development Division as the exclusive brokerage.
Kolter Urban said the 18-story Bayso will contain 11 two- and three-bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from 1,600 to over 2,600 square feet, and seven penthouse floor plans ranging from 2,500 square feet to about 4,000 square feet.
Units are priced from $799,000 to more than $3 million.
Each residence will be designed with chef-inspired European kitchens and expansive terraces with glass balcony railings, according to Premier Sotheby’s.
Designed by SB Architects, the condo will offer such amenities and services as elevated resort-style pool and spa deck with cabanas; entertainment areas and outdoor kitchen; a fitness center and glass-enclosed personal training and flex studio; a residents’ club room with catering kitchen and club bar; and a private dog park. A lobby staff will service residents.
Bayso is planned for the southeast corner of the 14-acre bayfront Quay Sarasota, with completion in 2023. Kolter also is building the 73-unit Ritz-Carlton Residences on a 1.9-acre waterfront site tract there.
The entire development — previously known as Sarasota Quay and briefly as Sarasota Bayside — is approved for up to 695 dwelling units, 175 hotel rooms, 189,050 square feet of space for shopping and dining uses, and nearly 39,000 square feet of office space in buildings that can span 18 stories.
Bayso has a temporary sales gallery inside the Westin Hotel.
