Big things are happening on the bayfront in Downtown Sarasota. Kolter Urban, the developer behind VUE Sarasota Bay, Mark Sarasota and the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota, has announced Bayso as the area’s newest luxury condominium. Gregg has lived in Sarasota for six years and has been with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty for five. Coming from Residential Real Estate to the Bayso Team has been a smooth transition for him, as he was a public speaker at Real Estate Conferences around the country, most recently speaking at the Florida Association of Realtors Conference in Punta Gorda and the National Association of Realtors conference in Boston on the topic of using Technology to Help Customers and Communities in Pricing Homes.
He comes from a family of Builders and Developers, where his Father was a land developer, his Uncle an architect and his Grandfather a builder.
A Veteran of the U.S. Navy (94-99), Gregg holds 2 science degrees from Indiana University. He also serves as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association of Missouri Military Academy where he is an alum.
Lisa Otte
Lisa is known in the Sarasota area as an outstanding real estate professional in the business. She has built consistent recognition from her customers and truly makes buying a home in Sarasota an enjoyable experience. Originally from the Midwest, she is known for her down-to-earth disposition and was recognized in a prior career in the financial industry as one of the “Most Successful Women” by one of the world’s most reputable investment firms based in NYC.
Her success in delivering results with customers is due to her endurance, tenacity, negotiation skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships from coast-to-coast and even internationally.

Lisa has two MBA’s from Regis University (M.B.A.A. – Accounting / M.B.A.F. – Finance). She also attended a business certification course at The Mendoza Business School at the University of Notre Dame.
